headed south...

mr. rooster and i are headed south this afternoon... our first stop will be baton rouge... where we first met... home of this place...

death valley.

we will make a few stops and be sure to enjoy some of these...

all the while passin' a good time with old friends and great family...

then we are headed here...

yellowstone club.

i was lucky enough to be invited to an amazing place with some amazing ladies...  it honestly left me a bit speechless... the service... architecture... slopes... snow... food... and amenities were impecable.

here are the ladies and i in the main lodge on our first morning at yellowstone club.

when we walked out to go skiing this is what we saw... somehow our skis got from the car onto the snow ready for us to jump in and go!

and that we did.

the views were breathtaking... when we could see through the clouds and SNOW!

thank you miss snowwhite for inviting me... it was the best girls trip EVER!

i have been feeling nostalgic about paris... right about now i was just getting comfortable there... the weather was changing... the leaves were falling off of the trees... and i was getting to know the city... and it was getting to know me... paris will always be... well there aren't enough words.

huge doors i had to knock on to get in to the british embassy... for happy hour... i had friends who worked there at the time and they invited me over for drinks... it was hilarious walking up to the huge doors and telling the guards that i was here for drinks.
